Tri-Valley derives the greater part of its revenue from oil and gas drilling and production.

Tri-Valley Corporation is listed on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the ticker symbol TIV. It is owned by approximately 5,000 shareholders worldwide. Our investors hold approximately 24,710,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding from an authority of 100 million.
